Our fees are structured to provide you with confidence and assurance that every effort will be made on your behalf to obtain a successful outcome. Our total fee is on a fixed fee basis, with no extra fees payable for example in relation to travel expenses, Council copy documents, etc., which are commonly associated with other practices.

The fee structure we have adopted is very simple, our total fee is split in half with the second half (success fee), is only payable on condition that the appeal succeeds and/or planning permission granted.

Such an arrangement gives us the incentive, to ensure that every effort is made to secure a planning permission on your behalf, and providing you with the assurance and confidence, that every effort will be made by our office to achieve a successful outcome.
